Junior Hoopers
The Junior Hoopers program includes grades K, 1, 2 and 3 for boys and girls and is an introduction to basketball The program teaches the fundamentals of basketball on a 7 1/2 foot high rim in a relaxed and pressure free atmosphere. The Jr. Hoopers perform basketball exhibitions for parents and friends at the end basketball season.
At this level our goals include:
Introduction to the sport and rules
Developing basic skills
Maximum participation is encouraged
Learning to be part of a team |
